Life can be really tough. 1 in 4 of us experience a mental health problem each year – and we’re often struggling with it by ourselves. You might be feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, gripped by a panic attack that paralyses and robs you of your natural confidence. Or you may be feeling the heavy weight of depression, leaving you without any energy and wanting just to stay in bed and hide under the duvet. But you don’t have to go through it alone.

I believe the key to recovery is for people to feel seen, heard and supported. I offer a calm, kind, confidential and safe space for you to share whatever is troubling you. There’ll be no judgment, only empathetic understanding and a strong will to work through the challenges with you, by your side.

As a counsellor, I understand that life can be challenging and it’s not always easy to talk about our issues. My mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your feelings and gain insight into your life.
